World’s Championship Chili Cookoff®
The World’s Championship Chili Cookoff® is scheduled for October 1-3, 2010 in Manchester, New Hampshire. This marks the 44th year for the World’s Championship Chili Cookoff® with it’s Traditional Red, the 12th year for the World’s Championship Chili Verde Cookoff® and the 16th year for the World’s Championship Salsa Contest®. Over the past six years, the World’s Championship Chili Verde Cookoff® and the World’s Championship Salsa Contest® have had nearly as many qualified cooks as the traditional red category. There will be nearly 400 cooks total.
