BACK TO BACK CHILI COOK OFF RETURNS TO CONNECTICUT!

The eagerly anticipated TWO DAY International Chili Society sanctioned New England Regional Chili Cook Off is right around the corner!

On April 28 & 29, 2012, the NERCC gives you SIX chances to qualify for the 2012 WCCC in Charleston, WV.

For fly in cooks, we can “bunk” you with someone (ala Bob Hall and Jerry Buma last year)…we can also help you with a PC stove and chili ,pots, tent, table, and yes…..if you need a helper to pass out chili…we can do that too! All you’ll need is your meat,liquids and spices. The Hartford/BDL airport is only 20 minutes from the cook off site and host hotel. If you’re the cook traveling the furthest (as determined by mapquest) , you’ll get one night free room at our beautiful host hotel, the Holiday Inn of Enfield/Springfield http://www.holidayinn.com/hotels/us/en/enfield/enfct/hoteldetail. We will also have special “NERCC Chili Cook” room rates to be announced at a later date!

Friday night we’ll have the much talked about “NERCC cooks welcome party” so you can tell stories and see old and new friends and meet our outstanding team of chief judges and scorekeepers.
