ALABAMA STATE CHILI COOKOFF
The (resurrected) International Chili Society sanctioned Alabama State Chili Cook Off is now officially in the history books!
From all reports, everything went as planned and the Riverside FD will receive portions of the days proceeds.
Since Red Chili was the only contest, our list here will be short.
14 cooks…and many were new/rookie cooks.

1st place and representing the state of Alabama at the 2010 WCCC is…..Keith Mayfield of Riverside Alabama
From all reports this was a well run event and the organizers can’t wait until next year to do it all over again.
We look forward to seeing all of our friends at the WCCC later this week!
