HAPPY TRAILS CHILI COOKOFF in APPLE VALLEY CA

Presented by Rotary Club of Apple Valley and Valley Hi Toyota.
This cookoff was formerly known as “Wannatouchama”. It is being held at its new location less than 2 miles from the old one. The new location is Lenny Brewster Sports Center, 21024 Otoe Rd., Apple Valley, California. This new location will make it truly a Happy Trails Chili Cookoff as there is plenty of room for parking and dry camping for RVs (with reservation) and a lot more room for the main attraction - THE CHILI COOKS.
WE LOVE OUR COOKS! And to show this, there will be a Friday night FREE welcome dinner from 6 to 8 p.m. ( RSVP by Oct. 15) and a FREE Saturday morning breakfast from 7 to 8:30 am for all of the cooks and judges.
THE FUN STUFF: New Car Show! There will be Live Music, Raffles all day. New Horseshoe Tournament and lots of kids stuff.
MORE GOOD STUFF: THE MONEY Red Chili: $1000 $500 $250
Chili Verde: $750 WOW! $400 $200
Salsa: $100 $50 $25 1st Place advances to the WCCC in all three categories.
Best Booths: $100
People’s Choice (by ballot) $300 $200 $100 not too shabby for PC. These ballots are a big part of their fund raising efforts! Thank you for your participation! We appreciate the extra chili you bring!
