BEATTY CHILI COOKOFF - OCTOBER 30, 2010
So far we have approximately 18 or 19 Red Chili cooks for our cook-off. If there is anybody out there that has not sent an application to cook via the ICS web site, please do so ASAP. We certainly want to keep this a Regional this year and next year.
Also remember we have a PC chili requirement of 1 gallon per Traditional Red and Chili Verde contestant. We will give a $5 per gallon of chili credit up to a $10 credit for additional PC chili that you provide. We also will have additional chili on hand at no charge if you run out of your own PC chili.
Last week The Exchange Club had 30 rooms that were blocked but have now become available. The phone number for reservations is: 775-553-23333.
