RED APRON CHILI COOKOFF RESULTS
ICS history was made when the International Chili Society sanctioned Bluffton Red Apron Chili Cook Off became a Regional on Saturday.
This enabled all winners to advance to the WCCC in Charleston,WV.
This event was one of the first to offer Home Style as well - although not enough to make that a qualifier .
The Bluffton Self Help group rolled out the red carpet for ICS cooks on Friday night with a tremendous welcome party.
I was honored to have Vickie Marnick as score keeper and with the help of Jim Bright, the SC State Chairman, the judging area ran very smoothly.
