Public 11 a.m. until approx.4:30 p.m. award time.
**Fly in chili cooks can be provided with an willing assistant in their tent and can provide a tent, table and chair if needed (for fly in cooks only).
Hot pepper eating contest, great music, fantastic vendors, outstanding food, DEFCON Death Match hot wing eating contest, a few surprises from Mad Mike and the BEST chili!
