Arizona Copperstate Regional and Arizona Valley of the Sun Regional - March 12-13, 2011
The Phoenix, Arizona Back to Back Cookoffs are now up on the ICS website. Susan Hyden and her crew do a great job putting on both the AZ Copperstate Regional and the AZ Valley of the Sun Regional on March 12 and 13, 2011.
The cookoff is on grass at a little league field, you can leave your stuff up over night as they provide security and they get a very nice family crowd. Even though it’s right in the middle of spring training, Susan has found you a hotel with very good rates for that time of year, just a mile or so down the road from the cookoff site. Check it out on the website. Great cooking conditions and 2 chances to qualify for the 2011 WCCC in Manchester, NH.
For you Zonies out there, we only have 4 shots at the worlds in our state, so we need you to support these events! For you southern Nevadans and SoCal residents, Phoenix is awesome in March and it just isn’t that far. Hope to see you there!
