Come on up for this - make a weekend of it - if you plan on cooking please go to the ICS website & send your application in. We’re trying to get a count of Red, Verde & Salsa cooks ASAP, so we know if we’ll have 7 in each division (remember, this is the last year for 7 cooks to make each division legal). If you can make it to Judge (we really need you) it would be greatly appreciated.
