Come on up for this. Make a weekend of it. If you plan on cooking please go to the ICS website & send your application in. We’re trying to get a count of Red, Verde & Salsa cooks ASAP, so we’ll know if we’ll have enough in each division. Remember, this is the last year for 7 cooks to make each division legal! If you can make it up to Judge, please let me know (we really need you).
