MORRO BAY TSUNAMI BEERFEST & CHILI COOKOFF
Morro Bay Tsunami Chili Cookoff & Beerfest
When arriving at the motel we were informed that they had just opened up. They had been shutdown because of the Tsunami warnings. We started to worry that maybe the cooks wouldn’t show up, but we cooks are a hardy bunch & a Tsunami wasn’t gonna keep them away.
We ended up with 21 Red Cooks (which made it a Regional for this year). Barry & I would really like to thank those cooks that came out (it was very windy) to make this happen.

We also would like to thank the Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce for putting on the cookoff. They did a Great job and had a very large turnout. They will probably do it next year as it will be a Regional - so PLEASE come on up.
