ROUTE 66 REGIONAL AND ARIZONA STATE - JUNE 11-12, 2011
The Flagstaff Chili Festival is just 2 months away. Both the 28th Annual Route 66 Regional and the 40th Annual Arizona State Championship will be held on the weekend of June 11-12 at Thorpe Park in Flagstaff. Like everyone else, we are asking for Red chili cooks on Saturday to maintain our regional status. Beyond that, we are doing fine on greens and salsas.
We have procured a room rate at the Residence Inn for $119 a night. Residence Inns have full kitchens with stoves and refrigerators if you need that for day two peoples choice or salsa prep.
Friday night will be the cooks and judges party at Salsa Brava and we are working on a location for Saturday night. There will be security at the park on Saturday night. Look forward to having you up here in the cool pines of Northern Arizona!!!
